Consuming little salt at the table, we know, is one of the tips to follow to stay healthy.
This is confirmed by a new study from Queen Mary University, England, whose researchers pointed out that reducing salt intake by even just one gram per day can significantly improve our health.

Salt, in fact must be consumed in very low quantities because our organism needs very little of it to function properly.
In Italy, as in many countries around the world, however, salt consumption is still very high, at over 10 grams per day.
According to the World Health Organisation, reducing salt consumption to 3.2 grams could prevent many diseases.

But which foods should be limited?
75% of salt consumption comes from the packaged items we buy in the supermarket such as bread, cereals and pulses. Also extremely high in salt are industrial dishes, ready-made sauces and canned products.

What advice to follow?
Read labels carefully, favouring foods with a low salt content.
Reduce consumption of ready-made or pre-cooked products.
Limit the use of condiments such as stock cubes and sauces such as ketchup, mustard and soy.
Use of herbs, spices, lemon and vinegar to flavour our dishes.
During snacks or as a snack, eat fruit or juices as alternatives to snacks and crackers.

What about magnetotherapy?
Magnetotherapy is an ally in ensuring the proper functioning of the circulatory system.
Electromagnetic waves, in fact, have a vascularising effect that helps combat poor circulation, the cause of many pathologies.
